We have the answer!  We offer a simple hardware and software solution with three unique levels of control.  The top level (left) is designed so that even the least technical person type information into a template and create good looking messages.  Access to the input page is gained through a web login page so you can access it from anywhere.  Once the form on the left is filled in, the information populates pre-made templated bulletins (right).  Next, a calendar page allows you to schedule when or when not to post the message.  Click finish, and you’re done.  It’s that easy.  Several creative template packages like the one shown are available FREE, or you can purchase custom designs.  

Want to do more?  Ease-of-use does not mean lack of power or flexibility for the artist.  The second layer of software built in to the system (below) allows the more technical or artistically inclined to take any one of our off-the-shelf designs and modify it any way they would like, using your own colors, fonts, logos, artwork, and the like.  They can even build their own templates – using a format unique to your industry or organization.

The third layer of software is the administrative layer.  This tool grants specific user rights for individuals updating the system.  Some may be able to add or modify creative elements – others not.  Some may be able to create and post bulletins – others create only.  For instance, perhaps the user is a student – yes, we said a child can (and does) do it - his or her access might wisely be sent to a waiting folder for admin approval.  And you don’t have to tell them, they’ll never know it.
